William “Narco” Phebus hails from New Orleans, LA, deep down in the Dirty South. A 12 yr veteran of both local and state law enforcement agencies, William found a passion in online gaming once he was injured in the line of duty. He joined up with Chris Schetter @ EGLN, and turned to the life of crime. Narco is known for his quick catch phrases, and ability to call the quick action play by plays. Not afraid to speak his mind, Narco will let you know what is on his mind, calling the frags how they really go down.
